Tuk & Landship Music and dance from Barbados. Tuk originated on the island in the C17th and is a forerunner of reggae and soca. Mum and Tuk Format In small schools or single classes there will be just one artist. For larger projects there will be three professional artists each working three and half days in the school. |

Suitability Ability Range Mum and Tuk was originally devised in 2001 for KS2 & KS3 pupils, the older pupils looking at issues in greater depth. The project has since been successfully adapted to KS1, and has also been delivered with two special schools. |
